Returns & Shipping
We will accept items for return within 30 days of the purchase date if they are new, unopened, in the original packaging, with all manuals and paperwork. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that are used, worn, or outside of the thirty day grace period. The thirty day return policy does not apply to leased or financed products. Freight cost for returns will be paid by the customer unless the item is approved for warranty repair. If a warranty is approved, we will cover the freight cost. If the warranty is denied, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. There is no return on electrical or special orders.
Orders are shipped via local carrier or UPS. Large, heavy items are shipped by trucking company when it is more economical. UPS Next Day, and Second Day, are available at an additional cost, when you need to get your items fast. Empire Floor Machine reserves the right to choose the carrier for the shipment. Prices that indicate they include shipping apply to the contiguous United States.
Shipping Damages
Please report any visible damages to product or packaging to the UPS driver or trucking company driver. Keep the original packaging, and take photos as it may be required for the claim.
